Don't Quit Your Daydream It's good advice. And it's a movie, too. - NBC LA

So we might have just found the film that will make us reconsider our whole laze-around-a-pool-during-vacation plans.

"Don't Quit Your Daydream" follows the group The Good Listeners, aka musicians Nathan Khyber and Clark Stiles, as they journey the country and meet new musicians and make music together in the course of, really, a few hours.

Again and again.  More taxing than most vacations, we bet. But probably more uplifting and memorable, too.

Actor Adrian Grenier was one of their fellow jamees on the road. Mr. Grenier is also some of the producing muscle behind the movie, and he'll be showing up at The Egyptian, along with Mssrs. Khyber and Stiles, to make music and show the film.

Reconsidering that vacation? We'll probably still make for the pool. But with a pad of paper and a pen in hand. Or some crocheting. We like to travel the country, crocheting with strangers. That could be our film.

The date is Wednesday, June 23, the time is 7:30 p.m.

It is not easy to locate a strap I like very much. Once I found one particular, I would love to wear it every single day.
